Common Tansy (Tanacetum vulagre) Chemical Control
Description of Plant:

Common tansy is a perennial plant.  The plant ranges from 1 1/2 feet tall to 6 feet tall with showy button like flowers.  Originally imported from Europe as an ornamental.  Tansy is one of  the most difficult of the weeds to control.  Common tansy is sometimes mistaken for tansy ragwort, a poisonous plant.  The roots have little fibers on them.  The seeds are yellow with a ting of brown on them.
